Helipad Locations:
- Phnom Penh: Departure and Arrival at Pochentong base
- Siem Reap: Departure and Arrival at Phnum Krom Eco Resort
- TKoh Rong: The Royal Sands Koh Rong Helipad
Terms & Conditions:
- Price is per helicopter, per way, inclusive of taxes.
- Reservation request must be received in writing, subject to confirmation by the Helicopter Cambodia.
- Children must be accompanied during the flight by a parent, guardian, or a person responsible for them.
- Price is valid from 1st January 2023 – 31st December 2023, subject to change by suppliers without prior notice.
- For safety reasons, helicopters will only fly between sunrise and sunset.
- All passengers weight and luggage weight must be advised for the reservation to be confirmed.
- Luggage might be transported separately by road depending on size and weight of bags with guests own arrangement.
- Shall any luggage that is not fitted in our storage, Helistar has full right to reject not to bring on the flight.
- No Cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellation not later than 15 days prior to agreed departure time.
- 50% Cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellation not later than 10 days’ notice.
- 100% Cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice.
